Sales &Leasing Estate Agent / Brokers – DUBAI REAL ESTATE
OTE £80,000 - £120,000+ uncapped plus other benefits

Our client requires the hard working Self-motivated, Dynamic, Dream Big, Work Hard and Stay Focus attitude. We require the natural ability to build and maintain relationships with clients (Sellers and Buyers) up to director level.

The Role:
• Prospect clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers/tenants and landlords.
• Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Prospect for new property listings.

This is a commission based role with an uncapped earning potential. Weoffer you premium Marketing tools, expert internal training, ongoing managerial & administrative support to assist with day-to-day duties.
• Good Consultants – £80,000 – £100,000
• Top Consultant 2016 – £160,000
• Bonus – Monthly and Quarterly Targets, cash bonus’ PLUS more. Inc. Luxury Gifts, Holidays, Getaways.
