A fast-growing Real Estate company is looking for a dynamic Sales and Leasing Manager to oversee both leasing and sales operations.
Our client has an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to join the fastest growing real estate company based in the heart of Dubai. They are rapidly expanding and looking for an experienced sales manager to help achieve the high ambitions of the company. They have the highest number of privately-owned properties of any other real estate company in Dubai and are currently developing their own towers for launch in early 2018. With an extensive marketing budget, they aim to be the leading real estate company in Dubai by 2018.

• 10,000 Square feet office, by award winning interior design company
• Industry leading advertising campaigns to make potential clients aware of us prior to you contacting.
• Access to high net worth clients not available in the market
The Role
• Responsible for managing and motivating a team of 20 agents (both sales and leasing)
• Set leasing and sales targets for all agents
• Provide regular one to one meetings to assess performance and improvement areas
• Supervise Administrative staff
• Introduce new business specially for high-value property deals
• Keep up to date with market pricing and statistics
• Stay informed about latest changes in the real estate industry
• Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals and complete paperwork for the lease or sale.
• Conduct weekly meetings with staff to ensure everyone is up to date on processes and procedures within the company.
• Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards.
• Hiring and managing a minimum of 40 agents by Q4
• Overseeing expansion of revenue streams
