Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Prospect clients to determine what kinds of property they are seeking to buy.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers / tenants and landlords.
• Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Prospect for property listings.

Requirements

Real Estate experience is not mandatory as training is provided and you will receive all the support you need to achieve, however experience is preferable. More importantly Dacha Real Estate requires the hard working Self motivated, Enthusiastic, Professional, Dream Big, Work Hard and Stay Focus attitude. We require the natural ability to build and maintain relationships with clients (Sellers and Buyers) up to director level.

We are looking for:
• Strong sales skill ideally from Real Estate or Property but not mandatory.
• Driving license to help you reach your clients for a successful sale.
• Well dressed and smart appearance
• Confident and charismatic attitude.
• Strong negotiation skills to close a sale
• Team players comfortable working in a Real Estate Sales environment
• Desire to succeed and reach sales target
