Job description / Role
• Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures
• Makes sales appointments with clients and conducting viewings
• Generates new leads by meeting with clients
• Always up-to-date with the real estate market and new projects
• Coordinate with the listing department to find the clients desired property
• Coordinate with the marketing department to develop new leads through real estate portals
• Coordinating with clients to be well informed about their inquiry and organize for viewings.
• Coordinating and building relationships with banks, specifically the mortgage department.
• Demonstrates advanced sales and property knowledge and high level of professionalism
• Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Sales/Leasing Manager.
• Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
• Works hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s target.
