Job description / Role

Reporting to: General Manager
Subordinates: Sales Executive
Other interactions: Training Manager, Finance

Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: Early Q4

Probation: 6 months
Working Hours: Sun-Thu flexible, but generally 7:30-3:30
Travel requirements: Travel within country
Gross monthly base salary: Depends on applicant
Commission / Bonus: Part of the role
Other Benefits: Allowances will account for approximately 40% of the package.

Objectives: To profitably manage the sales function to achieve increased sales of training and integrated talent solutions across a range of market segments within and beyond the UAE.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans, including KPIs, across multiple time horizons and market segments
- Manage the sales team against set targets
- Ensure all client interactions are customer-centric
- Monitor and report sales progress on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Identify opportunities for product or service innovation
- Other duties and responsibilities as directed by the General Manager

Requirements

- Bachelor's of Business (Human Resources) or similar
- Other certifications obtained: Industry credentials relating to HR and training, eg, CIPD, ATD, SHRM, AHRI
- Minimum of 8 years sales experience, particularly in the sale of training, HR or management consulting solutions.

Specialist knowledge:
- Sales + training development and delivery, integrated talent solutions, human resources, competency development + leadership

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Demonstrated capacity for relational selling; have a solutions (not product) focus; be customer-centric; have tenacity and resilience; drive for results; be calm under pressure; solve problems creatively; have a sense of humour

Nationality Preference:
- Prefer Western born, educated and experienced, but has lived locally and understand the culture

Age Range: 28-55
Language Fluency: English is essential, Arabic as a second language is preferable
