Job description / Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading FMCG distribution company. They are seeking a high-calibre and ambitious Sales Manager to join their growing team in UAE.
It is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is natural leader and who is deeply passionate about sales. This will give you the opportunity to succeed in a major expansion mission by efficiently achieving these accountabilities:
• Drive the strategy and sales across the designated region
• Have full P&L Responsibility
• Manage the different partners for the territory
• Support the Distributor in all areas i.e. training, market activity, analysis
• Identify new opportunities for the organizations
• Launch specific product to the market to exploit new opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of successful customer service, sales and marketing management experience.
• Experience with Tea sales (essential)
• UAE driving license with own car
• Excellent English communication skills
• Outstanding leadership and negotiation skills
