Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Assisting in the establishment of customer value proposition with clear and well-thought-out brand positioning to tap maximum volume of potential customers.
• Defining product pricing strategy in alignment with the value proposition.
• Analyzing current and historic sales trends to generate precise sales forecasts.
• Establishing current period sales budgets and assessing revenues, variable costs, overheads, fixed costs, profitability and sales goals and targets.
• Determining sales resourcing, allocation and establishing effective incentive plans linked to sales targets.
• Directing and managing potential leads’ and opportunities generation process and maintaining accurate and complete information.
• Directing and monitoring sales calls process, carried out by the pre-sales team.
• Ensuring appropriate and effective management of sales enquiries and opportunities.
• Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
• Managing sales alliance partners’ relations, trainings, forecasting partner sales, evaluating performances.
• Managing sale of residential units’ process involving appropriate sales enquiry response, unit reservation and signing of sale deed.
• Managing the complex scenarios involving customer accounts’ consolidation, unit reselling and change of ownership with the consent of Head of Residential RE.
• Managing residential units’ leasing management process covering lease enquiries response, reservation, contract development and signing and renewal and termination.
• Recommending revision of the marketing plan and adjustments in the budget and financial targets to increase performance.

• Achieving of sales and leasing sales targets
• Maintaining finest quality of sales staffs’ interactions with customers
• Compliance with the defined policies and procedures by all sales staff
• P&L of Sales Department

• Head of Commercial
• AHG’s Finance Function
• Property Management Team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines
• 5-8 years’ experience in property sales
• Strong real estate business acumen
• Extensive experience of properties sale
• Decision making & negotiation skills
• Basic Accounting Skills (should understand P&L) and analytical skills
• Customer service skills – ability to handle diverse clients
• Be an effective communicator (oral & written)
• Excellent network of investors
• Goals driven and strong short term and long term planning capabilities
• Organized and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead teams
• Be able to prioritize and plan tasks well and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines
• Ability to demonstrate successful track record
• Methodical and thorough
• Ability to multi-task
• Positive, “can-do" attitude, professionalism and a high level of enthusiasm
• Awareness of local rules and regulations
