Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage daily activities of the operational sales support function; Prepares sales action plans and schedules;
• Oversee workflow of all business processing including preparation of reports, charts, and other statistics to support; and direct the sales department. Initiates and tracks orders to completion;
• Assist with budget management to ensure expenses meet target goals;
• Responsible for hiring process within Sales department;
• Handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints;
• Develop and implement promotional events and interacts with external dealers to increase sales volume;
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;
• Monitors competitors, market conditions and product development;
• Client contact / information distribution;
• Relative to pricing function: work closely with relevant procurement, general staff and suppliers direct and ensure best possible rate / service gained;
• Develop/improve sales policies and procedures; Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures;
• Maintains inventory control;
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue;

Requirements

• Age: 27 – 40 years old
• Nationality: Any
• Education: University degree, major in related field
• Experience: Min 5 years of international commercial sales work experience, any automotive industry related work experience is an advantage (engineering, quality control, manufacturing, management, operations, marketing etc.).
• Communication skills: Fluent English. French is essential.
• Computer skills: Must be competent in computer skills. Sales Force. SAP.
