Sales Manager - Dubai

German Imaging Technologies (GIT) is the leading OEM alternative document printing solution provider in the UAE, Kenya, Ivory Coast and Germany.

GIT is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our representatives in Dubai- someone who does this with both short and long-term market goals in mind, ensuring the right people and processes are in place to get there. You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales to support processes that scale and innovate GIT sales from the ground up.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage a sales team of 5 representatives
- Define and implement an agreed sales plan
- Deliver revenue against pre – defined targets and objectives
- Understanding selling processes involving multiple decisions – makers for Document printing solutions
- Provide a regular reporting to ensure head of sales is fully informed of the latest actions and information
- Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional resources, such as marketing, sales management, technical support etc to ensure a transparent and co-ordinate approach

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a passionate commitment to improve the way people print, an insane focus on sales and leadership, and a strong alignment with our core values.

Additional qualifications include:
- 3 years experience in sales and business development with minimum 2 years of active sales management
- Min 3-5 years experience in Dubai
- University Degree/Bachelor Degree in Business Management from a reputable university
- Ability to solve problems and act quickly
