Job description / Role
The client is an award-winning payment provider with offices across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
They are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, self-driven Sales Manager to represent them as they continue to expand the operations regionally. The Sales Manager is responsible for offering payment gateway solution/services to the online e-commerce merchants from different verticals.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
* Meeting, presenting and delivering information to potential clients
* Handling inbound calls
* Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
* Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
* Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
* Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
* Answering potential client questions
* Follow up on regular basis with the prospects
* Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
* Building pipelines with channel partners
* Closing sales and working with client through closing process
Requirements
Requirements and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience
* Knowledge about e-commerce and payment gateways
* Comfortable in handling inbound calls, making outbound calls and talking to new prospects
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, connect and interact with potential customers
* Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
* Self-motivated and self-directed
* Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
* In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
* Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
* Knowledge of sales process from initiation to closure
* Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
