Working for a global company you will be tasked with managing and motivating the sales team so they consistently hit individual and team targets.
The role is a test of your mettle; long hours, a short break, strict targets to achieve and KPIs to be completed day after day.
If you think you have what it takes you will need:
• Previous experience of managing a sales team; consistently hitting targets and delivering sales results in B2B sales
• Strong motivation skills - leading from the front and setting an example of a good work ethic and desire to succeed;
• A bachelor's degree and further qualifications are desirable.
• Experience in professional, corporate services, banking or finance is preferable with a strong desire to continue to learn. You will have an interest in business globally and current affairs.
• The right attitude to achieve success and generate revenue no matter what is essential.
