Job description / Role
Sales Manager - Pro Audio Middle East
• Responsible for the performance, target achievement and development of existing and potential partners/distributors
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the Middle East markets that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate the market with its verticals (Rental, MI, Install)
• Customer relationship and account management including local market visits and local support
• Analyze markets and competition (competitive pricing, products, market activities) and implement appropriate growth measures
• Answer sales and technical queries in cooperation with the technical support team
• Exhibit at customer events and trade shows and utilize those platforms to actively drive sales
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Experience in sales management in the pro audio industry
• Bachelor or master degree in business administration or equivalent
• Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
• Regional experience in the Middle East is preferred
• Successful sales performance track
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Technical audio background (audio transmission/networks)
• Willingness to travel (approximately 50%) and work in a global team of professionals
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics/requirements
