Sales Manager - MENA region
A global IT solutions and software provider are seeking a Sales Manager whom will be responsible for the MENA region. Managing of a team of 6 Sales Executives, this role will be reporting into both the CEO and the Head of Sales. A very well established organisation with an overseas headquarters, you will be based in Dubai joining a SME sized regional office with a strong sense of work ethic and client focus to ensure the procurement, installation and ongoing maintenance of the software they provide to their clients is second to none.
Currently with a strong market share in the region, the Sales Manager will be expected to continue to develop these countries alongside the wider MENA region as a whole. This is a very hands on sales management role where the IT services and installation products are integrated into their construction industry clients. Therefore, you will be responsible for the client from initial query to installation and ongoing maintenance and upgrades of the company’s products. It is expected that the most suitable individual will be from a sales software background from either vendor or re-seller and posses some technical capabilities to assist with the sales process and bring the client on board with integrity and professionalism at all times. You will also be very detail orientated and process driven as our client has very clear SOPs. You will also manage the team in this detail orientated way concerning lead generation, sales activity, ongoing sales pipelines and KPI management. The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role will be extremely pro active and tenacious in their business development capabilities and be able to also drive marketing and sales strategies forward across the MENA region. You will be offered guidance and best practice methods by the Head of Sales, whom will also offer support and mentorship for the successful individual.
An experienced Sales Manager with a strong regional network and business development skills within IT software and complete solution integration is required to be successful in this vacancy. Those with exposure to selling into the construction industry are also desirable, alongside those whom are also Arabic speaking (but this is not essential to the role). What is vital to your success in securing this role, is that you are hands on, IT and integration savvy and able to use your excellent communication skills and current network to further develop sales for the MENA region and continue to increase the revenue for our client.
