Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time


Managing sales by Planning, Increasing profitability, Achieving sales results, Reducing Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO), harnessing available resources and ensuring that the objectives and targets set by the management are met.
Reporting to: MD

Key Accountabilities:
Managing Sales
· Supervise day to day activities.
· Ensure product is available
·Increase prices to existing customers, control expenses (variable), maximize resource utilization.
· Set up and implement systems to improve overall sales

Achieving sales target
· Targets to be percolated down line with time bound plan
· Review the sales process which includes – Quotations, response to tenders and enquiries, follow up of offers.
· Maintain contact with customer with courtesy visits and periodic follow ups

Increasing profitability
· Increase prices to existing customers and keep prices above MSP
· Keep tab on variable cost by controlling distribution cost, delivery cost, maximizing available human

Resources, rotating available assets,
· Focus on sales of High value products which adds to the bottom line

Improving Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO)
· Refine quotation, clearly define payment terms with customer, get written communication by way of LPO &
· Credit approvals, (ensure timely delivery of documents such as DN & Invoice to customers) be firm with defaulting customers

Harnessing resources
· Motivating employees, conducting performance appraisals, rewarding vital employees,
· Suggesting course correction for underperforming employees and counseling
· Recovering idle assets/Cylinders

Customer satisfaction
· Timely resolution of customer complaints.
· Resolving the same with the help of other department within the set time frame

Key account
· Visit every dept. of the customer and identify the decision makers
· Manage the mapped contacts

· Plan to target market segments that will yield maximum returns for the new and available product portfolio.
· Sales Targets
· Achieve As per the Management


· MBA (Marketing) or an Industrial Engineering Degree excellent track record in Marketing and business. Min 10+ years of core experience with reputable company.
· With UAE experience, familiar with Refrigerant Gases, Industrial gases & Specialty Gases.

· Must have relevant experience in Refrigerant Gases, Industrial Gases, Specialty Gas.
