Job description / Role
- Qualify customers and understand their budget limits
- Mapping the customer organisation and identifying decision-maker, influencer, gatekeeper, mentor & blocker
- Manage complex buying cycles by relationships within the customer organisation
- Negotiate contracts, close business and collaborate with the internal Customer Service team to map revenue strategy and long-term success
- Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns with prospect engagement points within the customer organisations
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management and weekly, quarterly and other reporting as required by the line of reporting
- Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system
- Self-motivated and organised
- Build personal/ social relationships with the key personnel within the customer organisation
- Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and products
- Bear full accountability for quarterly and annual revenue delivery
- Contribute to developing the account based marketing plan
- Roll-out the account based marketing plan
- Generating leads for specific targeted segments
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in an enterprise sales role described in the above responsibilities.
- Demonstrate good English language & interpersonal skills.
