Position Title: Sales Manager

Job Description:
• Achieve sales targets in materials sold, revenue and profitability
• Accurately forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams
• Develop new strategies, tactics and plans for future growth of the Business Unit
• Build better and maintain customer relationship
• Exploring new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with engineering and estimation departments
• Coordinate daily reports (sales, client, staff meeting, collections, and project status) to BU General Manager
• Formulate sales policies, practices, and procedure
• Collaborate with General Manager of the Business Unit and Executive General Manager in developing sales strategies to improve market share in the business unit’s product lines
• Continuously motivate and inspire the sales team to focus on company’s goals
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 50 years old and above
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and MBA in Marketing is a plus
• At least 6 years’ experience in the management of sales team within prefabricated constructions solutions/aluminum and glass products/designing mobile aluminum halls
• Experience in sales of prefabricated constructions solutions/aluminum and glass products/tent/modular building is a must
• Must have knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating and contracts
• Must have knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and materials
