FP Models Agency and Academy is looking for a Sales Manager based in Dubai.

ABOUT US
FP Models, established initially as a modelling agency and academy in 2016, currently functions as an agency for professional models and an educator of all-things-fashion for everyone passionate about fashion. FP models company provides whole production cycle for clients starting from providing models for shooting, ending with a turnkey photoshoot for business. Currently, with offices in New York, Kyiv, Dubai.

POSITION: Sales manager (manager for attracting participants to modelling courses)

PRODUCTS
FP Models Classes: Starting from 2016, we have been engaged in professional training and, over the years, assisted many in becoming successful models and fashion professionals. Our methods are focused on high-quality work on a global scale. Furthermore, we ensure that our speakers and coaches are recognized professionals in their fields. Such professionals include experienced models, actors, photographers, stylists, designers, PR specialists, agents, and casting directors. As a result, our graduates understand the fashion industry inside-out, which ultimately contributes to a thorough understanding of how to work as a model or fashion professional in collaboration with agencies/clients.

EXPANSION
Since November 2020, FP Models, under its US entity, has been offering online courses in the US market - mainly in NYC. Given the positive student feedback, in May 2021, we started offering live classes. Live classes have already taken place in NYC and Miami. In March 2022, we launched in Dubai and are growing.

OBJECTIVE
By leveraging our experience, our goal is to become a competitive fashion course provider in the US and Middle East markets, which should, in turn, contribute to FP Models expanding its presence as an agency in the US

CONDITIONS
-Fixed-rate AED 5,000 + 5% from sales (commission percentage increases with target achievement to 8%).
-Bonus for exceeding targets.
-NOTE: We don't provide a visa for the first 3 months of the probation period.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call and invite people to meetings (the company provides a lead database).
- Carry out meetings and castings at the office. On-site closing - selling a modeling course.
- Fill in data in the CRM system.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Reconnect with customers who are thinking about buying our classes or shoots.
- Customer support - answering current questions, solving conflict situations, and attending the photoshoots and our events.
- Achievement of the sales plan.
- Work on weekends occasionally.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: fix rate + commission, visa after 3 months probetion period

FP model school is an educational project for models and those who want to understand this field.

The main goal is to give the main base of the modeling business, thanks to which a person can understand how the modeling business works, learn how to present themselves correctly, feel confident not only at castings, filming and shows, but also in everyday life. Studying at school does not guarantee getting into the main structure of the agency, but all students are reviewed without fail and have the same chances to continue cooperation with the agency. All students are required to enter the channel with castings in Ukraine and can take part in them. All students are also viewed by the booker for international work. The agency can offer the most promising students a contract and work abroad. Training is available to everyone who is interested in the modeling field (if you want to become a model or, for example, a scout, agent, etc.).

FP model school is a model school for girls and boys from 12 years old. For more than 5 years we have been engaged in professional training and production of models. Our methods are focused on the comprehensive development of the individual and high-quality modeling work on a global scale.
