Position Title: Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus incentives

About the Client:
Oman based trading company, highly trusted in the industry for Air-Condition, Refrigeration & Spare Parts trading.

Job Description:
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Review sales proposals, Check customers’ orders placed
• Create sales orders & issue invoices
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Minimum 4 years’ experience on the same role from any Refrigeration B2B Sales
• Must have valid UAE Driving license and own car
