Sales Manager

Job description / Role

• Contribute to developing the annual sales strategy for the company
• Monitor the achievement of the sales targets and take necessary corrective actions to address variances
• Oversee the development of the sales policies and procedures and ensure proper implementation
• Devise strategies to boost sales and increase customer satisfaction level
• Report periodically on the performance of the department including goals and expectations
• Coach, motivate and train the sales team on a regular basis to achieve the sales targets
• Recommend incentives to motivate the sales team
• Liaise with the marketing team to devise marketing plans for specific assets to boost sales
• Encourage internal and external communication to create a collaborative working environment
• Develop and submit accurate monthly sales reports for the Manager’s review
• Manage the performance of the team in line with good people management practices

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar field
• Experience in Marble Industry
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
