THE MISSION
Ready to conquer the world (or at least the city) with Mama Shelter
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Sales Manager who can make our hotel shine and build strong relationships with our clients. If you're up for a challenge and love to be on the move, this is your time!
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- You'll be a pro at knowing our products, rates, and promotions inside out. Share your excitement and expertise with every potential client and make sure they know why Mama is the best.
- Become our market detective! Visit the competition, spot their strengths and weaknesses, and bring back weekly updates with your findings.
- Represent Mama with style and flair at trade fairs, events, and parties. Show off our unique vibe wherever you go.
- Get involved in sales blitzes and be the driving force behind quick, impactful campaigns to capture new markets and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, secure relationships with clients and companies in your portfolio. You'll be their go-to contact, always ready to make things happen.
- Stay ahead of the game by tracking market trends and offering creative solutions to boost our numbers. Be proactive and keep us on top.
- Maximize our hotel's occupancy and average rate with innovative selling strategies. Your goal is to make sure every guest chooses Mama.
- Plan and execute cost-effective sales trips to meet clients and explore new markets, all while sticking to the budget.
- Be responsive and handle all client requests within 24 hours. Quick and efficient service is key to our success.
- Report back to your boss with detailed updates on sales, trends, and results. Keep everyone informed and on track.
