Kinetic has partnered with a leading Bank company who are hiring a Sales Manager to be based in Umm Al Quwain.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Developing and executing a strategic sales plan.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales and realistic forecasts to the management team.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of sales management experience in Retail Banking within the UAE Market.
- Expertise in Credit Cards, Personal, Mortgage, and Auto Loans. Li
- Must have a valid UAE driver's license.
- Strong sales, client relationship, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE banking laws and regulations.
