We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the vibrant real estate market of Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate sales, off plan sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives in the real estate sector.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and foster a high-achieving sales culture.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue leads to expand the client base in Dubai's competitive real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to promote long-term business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and understand customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our real estate offerings.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies while conducting sales activities.
- Organize and participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Off Plan Sales Manager or a similar role in the real estate industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales analytics tools is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, competition, and regulations.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Salary:
AED
7,000 to 12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
