Job Description
Sales Manager at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers
Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experiences to guests who stay at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lakes Towers. You are professional and knowledgeable about your hotel, and you build strong relationships and create bonds with your guests.

What you will be doing:
- Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the marketing plan.
- Conducts daily sales calls and arranges familiarization/site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
- Disseminates sales-related information to other departments as appropriate.
- Participates in weekly sales & marketing meetings.
- Promotes and forwards sales leads for other Accor hotels.
- Establishes parameters, quotes, negotiates prices, and seals contracts.
- Participates in tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events.
- Maintains accounts, contact, activity, and business details.
Requirements:
- Relevant sales experience in hotels in Dubai.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
