We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Horeca sales team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Horeca sector, along with a proven track record of driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our market presence, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the Horeca segment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management, providing insights into sales performance and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Horeca industry, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services, network with industry professionals, and gather market intelligence.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements in all sales activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the Horeca sector or food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
- Strong understanding of the Horeca market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the UAE.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing sales professionals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Complete awareness of new openings ( Hotels/restaurants/institutions). UAE and wider GCC region
- Seasoned Professional with a track record of min 3-5M yearly revenue generation (personal not team). Table-top or Uniforms
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 18,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Commission, health insurance, air ticket, visa
