Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will oversee all sales activities, ensuring business objectives are met across multiple departments, including real estate, interior design, branding, and renovations. This role requires a strategic leader capable of building and managing high-performing teams while driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Leadership:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals for all service lines (real estate, renovations, branding, and interior design).
• Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure objectives are met or exceeded.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to sales teams across departments to foster a high-performance culture.
Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage sales personnel.
• Motivate the team through goal setting, incentives, and regular feedback sessions.
• Ensure alignment between sales efforts and company-wide strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Develop strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align sales and marketing efforts.
• Partner with the Real Estate Manager (or assume dual responsibilities, if applicable) to drive property sales and leasing goals.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for leadership.
Requirements:
Key Skills & Qualities:
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably across multiple industries or services.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of the real estate, design, or construction industries is required.
