Company Overview

Kinetic is working with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a sales manager to be based in Dubai.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales and marketing of our assigned products.
• Manage a team of sales product specialists to promote the company's products.
• Regular visits to customer locations to ensure the quality of the products.
• Gather information on orders and market conditions.
• Ensure that key accounts/clients are satisfied with the services provided, identify new business opportunities for key clients, and attend all meetings, conventions, and training workshops.
• Prepare sales reports and documentation.
• Maintain professional relationships with KOLs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science is a must. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience within the OTC or primary care business.
• Experience with generic and branded pharmaceutical products.
• Proven experience as a pharma line manager in the UAE market.
