Overview
Kinetic has partnered with a leading electrical manufacturing company that is hiring a sales manager to be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the lighting/electrical manufacturing industry.
- Must have B2B sales experience.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
- Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
