Job description / Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team within the real estate brokerage industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, driving team performance, and ensuring outstanding customer service while fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout the buying and selling process.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sales training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
- Create and maintain a positive, high-energy work environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve high performance.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
Salary:
AED
15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
