Overview

Kinetic has partnered with a leading financial institution that is hiring a sales manager to be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
• Developing and executing a strategic sales plan.
• Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Presenting sales and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum five years of sales/business development experience within the trading/financial services/fintech industry.
• Must have a proven track record of client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Must have experience within the MEA region.
• Experience in liquidity in FX and/or equity products.
• Strong understanding of global and regional financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management protocols within the MEA region.
