We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the vibrant commercial real estate sector in the UAE. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing strong client relationships. Your expertise in the commercial real estate market will empower you to lead a sales team, strategize market approaches, and ultimately exceed sales targets in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to foster a results-driven culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners in the commercial real estate sector.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and align business strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics and trends in the UAE.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market intelligence to drive sales strategies.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
