About the Client:
A professional intelligent solutions provider offering cutting-edge smart home automation for premium residential and commercial spaces across the UAE, headquartered in Dubai.

Job Description:
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, hotels, property firms, and government projects.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes including design, quotation, bidding, and negotiation.
- Develop integrated proposals based on client needs, and present smart system architecture and value during pitches.
- Identify and grow strategic partnerships and channels through monitoring competitors, customer behavior, and market trends to inform sales strategy.

- Open to Arabic and Indian nationalities, 40 years old and below
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Intelligence, Marketing, or any related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar industry and has strong network within real estate, hotels, apartments, property management companies
- Valid UAE driving license is a must.

Salary:
AED 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
