Sales Manager

Kinetic has partnered with a leading medical device company who are hiring a sales manager to be based in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Background in wellness and clinical genomics preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the medical devices industry.
• Must have sales experience in genomics.
• Strong understanding of the genomics market, including competitors, customer segments, and business opportunities.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
