Position Title: Sales Manager (5 vacancies)

About the Client:
A Dubai-based property development company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Job Description:
-Recruit, train, and lead a team of 3–4 Sales Executives.
-Drive property sales across both residential and commercial projects.
-Develop and execute effective sales strategies and monthly action plans.
-Set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to the team.
-Maintain deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, pricing trends, and customer needs.

-40 years old and below
-Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE and at least 2 years in a team leader or managerial capacity.
-Proven track record of closing primary market deals
-Strong knowledge of both residential and commercial property markets.

Salary:
AED 14,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
