Overview

A reputable and well-established electrical manufacturing company is actively recruiting a sales manager for their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Generating leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Assist in the preparation of pre-qualification documents, quotations, and technical submittals, including samples or mock-ups, if required.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of sales, business development, or project management within the lighting/electrical manufacturing industry.
• Must have a valid UAE driver's license.
• Strong network and customer base within the UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle the full sales cycle from specification to delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
