Position Title: Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 14K AED plus commission based on annual target depending on experience and qualification.

A UAE-based homecare brand producing locally crafted, highly effective, and non-toxic cleaning solutions for a safer, healthier home.

Job Description
• Drive sales across B2B, B2C, and e-commerce channels; identify new markets and partnerships.
• Manage key clients and partners with a focus on retention, forecasting, and business planning.
• Expand retail presence and optimize e-commerce performance through strategic execution.
• Lead product launches and market analysis to support data-driven decisions and execution.

• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals aged 40 and below.
• Degree in Business or Marketing; passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly products.
• Experienced in mid to senior sales roles, preferably FMCG or detergents, managing B2B, B2C, and e-commerce
• Strong regional distribution network and excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving skills; multilingual is an asset.

Salary:
AED 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
