Position Title: Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission

About the Client:
A licensed full-service brokerage in Dubai, specializing in property sales, rentals, and investments

Job Description:
-Lead, train, and manage a sales team of at least 8, consistently achieving targets and delivering exceptional client service
-Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue, expand market share, and stay ahead of competitors.
-Build strong client relationships while representing the company at events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
-Track performance and market trends, providing regular reports, forecasts, and insights to management

-Open to Arabic, Asian, and CIS nationals aged 40 and below.
-Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field with at least 5 years real estate brokerage experience
-Proven experience as a sales Manager in real estate, with strong knowledge of the UAE market and the ability to lead a team of at least 8 staff.
-Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: plus commission, Annual airline ticket allowance of 2K AED and as per UAE labor law
