Sales Manager

Job description / Role

SG Recruitment are working with an events consultancy business to hire a remote Sales Manager.

This Sales Manager will be in charge of growing a successful remote sales team and driving process improvement, and

• Lead and manage a remote team converting high-volume inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, web, and partners.
• Own team targets for revenue, conversion, activity, and overall sales performance.
• Coach the team remotely on qualification, follow-up, objection handling, and closing.
• Manage lead allocation, response SLAs, and pipeline coverage across a distributed team.
• Drive upsell and cross-sell activity to increase order value.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery and reduce drop-offs.
• Keep CRM, reporting, and performance tracking accurate and up to date.
• Build structure, accountability, and strong communication across a remote sales environment.

For the Sales Manager role, you will have/be
• 3+ years managing a B2C sales team, with proven experience leading a remote or distributed team.
• Strong background in high-volume inbound sales, ideally within tourism, hospitality, events, visa, or immigration services.
• Proven record hitting targets and improving performance in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Confident coaching, managing, and motivating team members remotely.
• Fluent English required, additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or others are a plus.
