Job description / Role
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, both long term and short term, targeted towards existing and new markets. Managing client servicing and business development team to achieve company’s goals and objectives. Setting and consistently achieving team and company sales targets. Increase company’s market share in UAE and create market share for Brand Options in MENA and European markets.
Requirements
Degree in any discipline or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in leading and managing client servicing and business development teams in an advertising company/production house. At least 5 yrs of experience should be in UAE/GCC markets. Ability to achieve consistent sales targets as set by the company by upselling to the current clients and developing a strategy for new client acquisition. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent negotiation skills and leadership skills. UAE D/L is a must.
