Description

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth within the Financial Services industry.
* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with organisational goals.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement.
* Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Provide input on product or service improvements based on client feedback.

Job Offer

* Competitive annual salary between AED 432,000 and AED 528,000.

Requirements:

A successful Sales Manager - BFSI should have:

* Proven expertise in sales within the Financial Services industry (banking, insurance, asset management, wealth management, family offices).
