This opportunity is with a Building Materials Manufacturing company in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company’s sales growth and increase market share in UAE & nearby market. You would have to develop relations with major contractors, consultant, clients and Government clients for business growth. You would periodically submit technical information and commercial offers that are suitable for company’s products. You would ensure healthy relations with existing customers and develop new prospects in the assigned areas.
You would be responsible for market analysis, understanding the competition related to projects, price trend, customer behavior, and market fluctuations. You would also be responsible for reaching sales targets and collecting payments and required documents from customers. You would negotiate based on customers’ creditability, volume, market share and related factors. You would prepare territory reports and forecasts as necessary for the continuous improvement of the site. You would ensure that the products are delivered on time, in coordination with the logistics department.
To be successful, you must have a total of 10-15 years of experience in selling plasters, tiles adhesive and grouts, of which 5 years should be in UAE, Dubai/RAK. A bachelor’s degree in BE Civil Engineering or related field is a must. Must also have a valid UAE driver’s license.
