Description

The Sales Manager will lead the market expansion efforts for the Dermatology and Cosmetology medical device ( capital equipment) product lines. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth across UAE with significant autonomy to develop new markets and establish a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Open and develop new markets/territories across the UAE for the Dermatology and Cosmetology Medical Device portfolio.
* Strategically introduce consumable products following the successful establishment of the medical device line.
* Build and foster strong relationships with distributors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate the company's penetration and growth in the MEA region.
* Over time, recruit, develop, and lead a sales team to enhance regional reach and performance.

The ideal candidate for the role:

* Degrees in biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or a related discipline to understand the technical and clinical aspects of dermatology products.
* Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is essential to effectively engage with a diverse client base across UAE
* Proven sales experience in dermatology or cosmetology capital equipment, with a strong network in the industry.
* Prior experience with a reputable derma distributor or principal company, with a successful track record of UAE coverage.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain robust relationships.
