Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a Dubai based European fine foods company, we are looking to recruit a Sales Manager/Director.
- Reporting to the MD you will be responsible for the following
- Developing and executing a long-term sales strategy and an annual sales plan to deliver sales growth, profit, free cash flow, sales and market share targets, developing a route to market for its produce locally, regionally and globally, and delivering material exports volumes into all recognized fine food import markets and building a high performing team.
AED 35,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- The successful candidate must have extensive sales experience within the fine food sector, have the ability to work independently towards meeting the sales objectives, be part of the leadership team with contribution to general managerial topics, have consistent experience in managing a sales team and be fluent in English
