Sales Manager – Electronics (Managing Electronics Retailers) / (Arabic Nationals)
Salary: AED 20,000
Job Purpose and Scope:
Set and execute Marketing & Sales Strategy as Regional Retailers Account Manager.
Manage and control partnership with Regional Power Retailers.
Identify and work closely with Regional Power Retailers and distributors to establish relationship that will generate consistent revenue opportunities for company's branded product
Frequent visit to all partners for business development through presentation/demonstration/negotiation.
Gather market information on market demand/product evaluation/competitors activity/sales channel to find business opportunity and take immediate action.
Effective and prompt communication with company on daily activity report/monthly review meeting for evaluation of sales & marketing activity and forecast plan.
Being the mediator or the bridge between Regional Power Retailers for all company’s business activities.
Achieve the assigned budget in terms of growth and profitability.
Monitor each Regional Power Retailer’s sales progress, inventory, purchase, etc.
Establish and maintain a consistent level of communication with new and existing customers.
Devise strategies to increase profitability of products.
Prepare and maintain information for the review of business performance and also the forecasting of future sales business and planned activities.
Monitor Regional Power Retailer’s PSI (Purchase, Sales & Inventory) of each product category, and work together to provide recommendation to Client on how to improve the sell-out.
Provide other sales support such as product training, etc.
Coordinate with the Service / Technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and after sales-service.
Ensure products are shipped out from warehouses and arrive on time at the delivery point.
Work together with the Marketing/Advertising agency to strengthen and increase brand image / visibility by digital marketing / communication and running ad campaigns, promotions, etc.
Analyze the market trend, competitors’ strength, our client’s strength and weakness, potentiality of market. Based on this, prepare and execute most effective and efficient business plan.
