Job Title: Sales Manager

Reports To: Client Services Director
Department: Sales & Client Services
Location: Dubai, with travel to Abu Dhabi

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• With the Client Services Director, manage and develop tasks that support the Sales department’s strategy to reach prospects via appointment booking, face to face meetings, and entrepreneurial solutions to ensure that personal and departmental KPI’s are met.
• Assist the Client Services by increasing AI’s profile, market share and product offering through sales, marketing and PR activities. You should understand the company vision and live and breathe the company values.
• Support and maintain the Sales Team process that maximises sales, positive conversion ratio and revenue growth which markets the company’s brand in line with the company’s vision. At all times engage in and follow the company process and use Salesforce within the business to collect / log all the data for current and future prospects.
• Provide day to day support to the Sales/Client Services Team and ensure you deliver your forecasted new business revenue for the year. Ensuring at all times, there is a healthy sales pipeline of qualified business opportunities in line with the company’s vision. You will also manage the collation of targeted prospect meeting research / info and assist with NDA / RFP data collation process.
• Provide accurate sales pipeline, conversion ratio reports and any additional data requested by the Sales Director on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Ensure personal timesheets are completed accurately and on time.
• To drive sales through excellent customer service and ensure that client expectations are met daily. Be an ambassador for the AI Brand by sharing our work positively to increase the awareness of AI, what we do and how we can support in the delivery of the clients marketing objectives. You will also ensure all information is logged into Salesforce.
• To monitor and report back to the Client Services Director on competitor activity on a regular basis and industry trends both for AI and prospective clients.
• Support the Sales Team by acting as a mentor to the Sales Executives, leading by example, to ensure that the teams are progressively exposed to new creative thinking, ideas and applications that unlock potential, helping to achieve their personal development, career goals and AI’s succession plan. Be open to advice for your personal and career growth development plans / goals.
• Support the business in any other duties as deemed relevant by the Senior Management.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations both within the office and on-site environments.

Job Summary:
You will be a pivotal support for the Client Services Director by building prospective leads for new business opportunities within the UAE.

Requirements

Self-motivated by the thrill of the chase. Enthusiastic and driven by clear sales and marketing strategy. You will develop close relationships to an assigned prospective clients list.

You will have a proven track record in developing new business opportunities and converting high level projects to profitable business. You will be targeted on new business development and conversion across different industry sectors in line with the company vision.
