Sales Manager (Field Work)

Job description / Role

Manarat Al Wafaa LLP is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join us in Sharjah, UAE on a fixed, plus commission basis.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales, building and managing a distribution network for handmade Indian footwear and readymade garments building long-term relationships with local clients across UAE, and help us to expand our network in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales target from direct sales and building existing distribution network.
- Review sales results weekly and provide updates
- Managing distributors to ensure sales target is achieved
- Ensure timely clearance of outstanding payments from distributors
- Be the point of contact for distributors; monitoring product movement at distributors and managing credit limits.
- Knowledge of stock/container monitoring on daily basis.
- Provide accurate sales reporting and forecasting
- Offer post-sales support
- Find new clients through networking, and relationship building.

- Good knowledge of the UAE market, Fashion and Footwear industry
- Experience in sales, or related roles, within retail (Footwear, fashion).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Passion for driving business growth.
- Highly organized and ability to multitask effectively.
- Driving Required, fieldwork necessary.
- Language: Hindi and English must, Arabic (preferred)

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Relocation Support, Commission on Sales and Payments Received
