Sales Manager up to 8.5k AED++ for a 5-Star Hotel in Dubai
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Requirements
• Open to any nationality
• Male or Female, 35 years old below
• Minimum 3 years of Sales experience in Corporate Sales handling diversified industry segments / geographical areas
• Diploma or a degree relevant to management / hospitality
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Good command in English – written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interactive skills
• Must be neat and presentable
• Work location: Dubai, UAE
• Can join immediately (1-month max)
Salary offer up to 8,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and car allowance.
