Our client, that is exclusive speciality mover in Dubai is to hire a Sales Manager for their local moving business.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
• Identify new customers in market and maintain relationship with them to bring continuous business.
• Managing, recruiting, training and oversee the activities and performance of the sales representatives.
• Minimum 6-10 years sales experience in UAE market, especially in commercial/corporate clients local move.
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Ability to lead a sales team.
• Able to work on a target basis.
• UAE driving license is a must.
