Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for an internationally known hospitality organisation based in Dubai with a strong foothold within the UAE. They have had significant growth within the last year and, along with their strategic expansion plan, are looking for someone to support with the growth of their business in the region.
We are looking for Business Development Manager's that are ready to take the next step into a Sales Manager position, with a carved-out development plan so you can grow with the business.
They're offering higher than market rate salary, offering 15,000 AED + Commission (OTE 30 - 45,000 AED), as well as a long term regional development path.
As the title suggests you will be responsible for creating and developing opportunities through relationship management with new target clients.
You must have strong networking & sales experience with a deep understanding of the sector and an ability to engage and influence at Director Level, which is paramount.
AED 15000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
The ideal candidate would have a black book of c-suite level clients and high net worth individuals with good networking skills to connect with some the most influential people in the industry.
Professionalism is paramount with great communication skills as you will be speaking to hot and cold clients from all backgrounds to sell the services of the hospitality organisation.
Great understanding of how to network with the right people.
