Sales Manager - Household Appliances
Salary: based on Experience
Location: Dubai
Our Client has been in operation for more than 25 years in the UAE distributing foods and general merchandise to retailers across the GCC and Middle East.
A privately owned company with an extensive range of products ensuring the
highest standards of quality and service to their clients
As an ongoing expansion and service delivery excellence, we are seeking a highly talented and experienced Sales Manager with in depth knowledge of small to large household electrical appliances
Key Role is to maintain good relationship with the purchaser of the all A class customers who are into the business of small domestic appliances.
Responsibilities
Identify and target channels within the UAE
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Representatives
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management Team.
Keep in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
Making appointments with and meeting new customers
Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
Achieving sales targets and beyond
Promote new products and any special deals
Advise customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
Record orders and send details to the sales office
Give feedback on sales trends in the market
Requirements
Graduate in commerce
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in FMCG specifically in household appliances
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
Possess a UAE Driving License
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at All levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Highly presentable and excellent negotiation skills
Planning and implementation skills
Possess excellent communication skills in English
Possess a UAE driving License
Computer literate with word / excel / emails
