Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Conduct Client Counselling – in person as well as on Zoom.
• Counselling potential Immigrants, Students and Investors with in-depth product knowledge and sales skills and demonstrate success in closing the deals.
• Act as a single point of client contact and coordinate all the client follows up with the customer relations staff for necessary updates and progress.
• Manage strict timelines and client follow ups.
• Ensure professional communication to visa offices, immigration program managers, External agents, partners, and clients.
• keep regularly updated with the immigration rules and regulations and updates of various countries we are serving.
• Always maintain all work records and progress real-time in the CRM.
• Prepare regular progress reports.
• Provide regular inputs to the marketing team about the quality of the leads and share thoughts/ ideas on improving the leads quality.
• Achieve sales targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in the Immigration industry.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset.
• Be prepared to be operationally hands-on where necessary.
• Able to prioritize, organize and execute multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Resourceful, meticulous, and a team player who can work well with all levels.
• Possess a high level of integrity & discretion.
• Self-driven personality and team player.
